Diamond Club Meeting

Special Meeting

Members present:  John Hoffman, Mike Blumer, Jessica Hagemann, Dave Stacy, Jeff Hershey, and Randy Reichert

The meeting was called to order by Mike Blumer at 9:05.

The Diamond Club met to vote to ratify the Articles of Incorporation, the By-Laws, and the Conflict of Interest Policy, now that we are a corporation.

Dave Stacy moved to adopt these documents as discussed at the October 7, 2008 regular meeting of the Diamond Club.  John Hoffman seconded the motion.  There was no discussion; all in favor.

Dave Stacy made a motion to adjourn the meeting; it was seconded by Randy Reichert.  The meeting was adjourned at 9:07.
